Agreement
By downloading or using 4C Baseball (the "App"), you agree to these Terms of Service. The App is published by fwd industries. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.
License
fwd industries grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use 4C Baseball on any iPhone you own or control, for personal, non-commercial use, in accordance with the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions and Apple's standard End User License Agreement.
Sports data
Scores, standings, rankings, schedules, team information, and logos shown in 4C Baseball are sourced from publicly available sports data feeds. We make a reasonable effort to display accurate, timely information, but we cannot guarantee that all data is correct, complete, or up to date. Do not rely on the App for wagering, official records, or any decision where accuracy is critical.
Trademarks and team marks
All team names, logos, conference marks, and related intellectual property belong to their respective owners (the NCAA, member institutions, and conferences). 4C Baseball is an independent fan app and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the NCAA, any conference, or any university.
Acceptable use
You agree not to reverse engineer, decompile, redistribute, resell, or attempt to extract the source code of the App, except to the extent such restrictions are prohibited by applicable law.
Disclaimer of warranties
The App is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranty of any kind, express or implied. fwd industries does not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or that any defects will be corrected.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, fwd industries shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the App.
Apple as a third-party beneficiary
You acknowledge that Apple Inc. and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms, and that upon your acceptance of these Terms, Apple will have the right (and will be deemed to have accepted the right) to enforce these Terms against you. Apple is not responsible for the App or its content and has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for it.
Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected on this page with a new "Last updated" date.
