Common questions

A score looks wrong

Live scores come from public NCAA and ESPN feeds. They occasionally lag or contain errors at the source. Pull down on the scoreboard to refresh, and if the issue persists, let us know which game.

A team logo isn't showing

We pull logos from multiple sources and fall back automatically if one is missing. If you spot a team consistently missing its logo, email us the team name and we'll add it.

The app feels slow or won't load

Try force-closing the app and reopening. If that doesn't help, make sure you're on iOS 17 or later, and email us with the steps you took.
